Tim Crawley has been practicing law since 1986 after graduating from Duke University and the University of Mississippi School of Law. He represents individuals and companies covered by liability insurance in matters involving motor vehicle, trucking, and premises liability claims. With decades of courtroom experience, Tim has developed a reputation for principled advocacy, strategic thinking, and an unwavering dedication to securing the best result in every case.

Tim often describes every new case as being like Forrest Gump’s “box of chocolates” in that each case has its own set of facts, nuances, and unexpected developments that reveal unique challenges to explore. For that reason, Tim treats each matter as a new puzzle to solve and thrives on piecing together the legal and factual pieces to make the best possible presentation.

When asked what client-centered representation means to him, Tim defines it as achieving the best result in each situation, sometimes even when the client may not recognize it at first. He is always focused on his clients’ best interest and works to ensure they know he is always “on their side.” For Tim, patience, steady communication, and thoughtful education form the core of how he builds confidence and trust with clients.

Beyond the courtroom, there has been a long list of attorneys who have looked to Tim as a mentor, and one of the proudest aspects of his career has been watching many of them advance and achieve their professional goals. When he’s not practicing law, Tim enjoys traveling (with Vienna, Austria holding the top spot on his list so far), spending time with his family, and proudly fulfilling his favorite title of “Papaw” to his three wonderful granddaughters.
