Daniel Culpepper is the managing partner at Anderson Crawley & Burke. He focuses his practice on representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in Mississippi Workers’ Compensation matters.
Daniel regularly handles contested workers’ compensation claims and provides strategic guidance to clients navigating complex regulatory and claims-handling issues. He is a certified self-insured workers’ compensation professional and has served as an instructor for industry certification programs.
In addition to his client work, Daniel is actively involved in legal education and professional development. He has coached national moot court teams focused on workers’ compensation appellate advocacy and previously served as a law clerk to judges of the Mississippi appellate courts, experience that informs his approach to briefing and motion practice.
