Dan Baker is a partner at Anderson Crawley & Burke. He focuses his practice on representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in Mississippi Workers’ Compensation matters.
Dan advises employers on managing the legal and financial risks associated with workers’ compensation claims and represents clients in contested matters before the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission. His practice combines litigation experience with practical guidance aimed at reducing exposure and improving claims outcomes.
Dan is also involved in various professional and legislative organizations related to employment and workers’ compensation issues. He regularly presents at seminars and client meetings and contributes to multi-state educational programs addressing workers’ compensation trends and best practices.
Dan also brings significant leadership experience from his service in Mississippi Army National Guard, where he retired at the rank of Major after serving twenty years as an Armor Officer.
