Kenneth S. Womack was born in Ringgold, Louisiana. He was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1988 and the Louisiana Bar in 1989. He was also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in 1988; the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana in 1994; and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana in 2000.
Mr. Womack has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court since 2005. He completed his preparatory education at Louisiana State University (B.S., College of Agriculture, 1980) and his legal education at the Mississippi College School of Law (J.D., 1988). He is a member of Phi Alpha Delta, the Mississippi Bar Association; Capitol Area Bar Association; Governmental Law and the Workers' Compensation sections of the Mississippi Bar; the Defense Research Institute; and the Louisiana Bar Association. Mr. Womack's practice has been focused on general litigation, primarily from the defense perspective, in both state and federal courts in Mississippi and Louisiana.
