Kenneth S. Womack

Kenneth S. Womack (email) was born in Ringgold, Louisiana. He was admitted to the Bar of Mississippi in 1988 and the Bar of Louisiana in 1989. He was also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in 1988; United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana in 1994; and the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana in 2000. He completed his preparatory education at Louisiana State University (B.S., College of Agriculture, 1980) and his legal education at the Mississippi College School of Law (J.D., 1988). He is a member of Phi Alpha Delta and the Mississippi Bar Association; Hinds County Bar Association; Governmental Law Section of the Mississippi Bar; Defense Research Institute; Louisiana Bar Association; and the American Bar Association (Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section). Mr. Womack's practice has been focused on the defense of a variety of litigation in Mississippi and Louisiana.
