Loraleigh C. Phillips
Loraleigh C. Phillips, born in Shreveport, Louisiana, devotes her practice primarily to
workers’ compensation. She was admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in
Mississippi in 2006 and in all state courts in Louisiana in 2008. Mrs. Phillips is a graduate
of Louisiana Tech University (B.A., Pre-law, cum laude, 2002) and Mississippi College
School of Law (J.D., 2006). While in law school, Mrs. Phillips served as an executive officer
on the Moot Court Board and competed in both national and regional competitions. Mrs.
Phillips’ team advanced to the octofinals in the 13th Annual Duberstein National Bankruptcy
Moot Court Competition and the semifinals in the Mississippi Moot Court Competition.
Mrs. Phillips served as a chairman for the Mississippi College School of Law STAR mentor
and recruitment program, and as a Vice President and Historian for her legal fraternity, Phi Delta Phi.
Mrs. Phillips was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Pre-trial practice.
Prior to joining Anderson Crawley & Burke, pllc, Mrs. Phillips served as a judicial law clerk
to the Honorable Presiding Judge William H. “Bill” Myers of the Mississippi Court of
Appeals. Mrs. Phillips is presently a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, Louisiana
State Bar Association, Hinds County Bar Association and Jackson Young Lawyers
Association.
