Terry B. Germany, Partner

Mr. Germany was born in Union, Mississippi. He completed his preparatory education at Mississippi State University (B.A., History, 1975) and his legal education at the Mississippi College School of Law (J.D., Special Distinction, 1981). He was admitted to practice law in Mississippi in 1981 and Louisiana in 1982. His practice includes representation of employers and carriers in workers’ compensation cases with an additional focus on medical malpractice defense, and estate and probate matters. He is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Mississippi State Bar and the Workers’ Compensation and Administrative Law Section of the Louisiana State Bar. Although Mr. Germany only recently merged his practice with ACB, his more than 25 years’ experience within his practice areas, including a practice shared with Jim Anderson for 15 of those years in their prior association, make him an exceptionally valuable asset for the Firm.
