David B. Estes

David B. Estes is a native of Gulfport, Mississippi.  David was admitted to the Bar of Mississippi and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern District of Mississippi in 2004.  Mr. Estes is a graduate of Millsaps College (B.B.A., 2001) and Mississippi College School of Law (J.D., Dec. 2003). Mr. Estes's practice is primarily focused on general civil defense with an emphasis in defending employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation claims and employment related matters.  He is also experienced in the handling of civil litigation in state and federal courts in litigation involving premises liability, lessee/lessor liability, automobile accident claims, subrogation matters, Insurance bad faith and hurricane litigation.  He is currently a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and the Harrison County Young Lawyers Association (President, 2006).
